Hayashi Yuki [Japan]

Hayashi creates animations by importing vast amounts of photographs into his computer, cropping them, and superimposing them on top of each other. Using photographs and interviews as base material, he reexamines the nature of contemporary communication and memory via digital media and the Internet. In recent years, he has been collaborating with other fields and creating works through workshops, exploring the extensibility and collaborative aspect of images.
