VOICE Y OGA
First, close your eyes, listen to your breath in the here and now, and work medi tatively to loosen your breath and voice.
We become delicately aware of the sound of our own voice and breath, and enter the world of sound yoga, which has been handed down since ancient times.
This is an experience that opens our ears wide.
Let’s be sensitive to the sounds we hear, and let’s sing freely with o ur voices the so unds that are born inside of us. When one simply listens and sings without thinking, one is filled with the true nature and pure beauty within oneself. ※All participants of Yoga for Voice will perform in a scene of the concert, (Non-participation is OK).
