2024 Related event: 'Let's create "the home for unknown creatures" !' will be held.
We will be holding a workshop with artists Shimpei Kawai and Hiromi Uno as instructors. You will create “the home for unknown creatures” in a total of three workshops. The third time, you will exhibit the artwork and take photos with instant camera. Photos taken with artists and artworks will be given away.
1st: 18 August 2024 (Sunday).
You will create “the home for unknown creatures” with artists.
Time: ①10:00-12:00 ②13:00-15:00 ③15:30-17:30

You will continue to create and expand “the home of unknown creatures” with artists.

[The entrance is on the bus street side of the bus stop ‘Osugi-cho’].If travelling with the Japanese Railway (JR). You get off at Omi-Hachiman Station.
You can catch the bus “for Chomei-ji” ( Boarding point : Number 6 of Omi-Hachiman north exit ) and get off at bus stop Obatacho Shiryokan Mae or Hachimanbori ( Osugicho ) Hachimanyama Ropeway mouth. And take a short walk.

*This is a three-part workshop, but you are free to participate as many times as you like.

Born 1971 in Sakai City, Osaka. Kawai graduated from the Kyoto University of Arts in 1998.
Uno Yumi [宇野裕美]
Born in Kurashiki, Japan, in 1974. She graduated with an MA in Textile from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2001
