Eringstams art contrasts the idealized but unrealistic pictures of fictional reality with our own ideas of reality, norms and identities. Eringstam lives and works in Gothenburg, Sweden. She took her Master’s Degree at the School of Photography, University of Gothenburg. She has done several exhibitions in Sweden and abroad (Solo exhibitions at the Finnish Museum of Photography, Kulturhuset in Stockholm, Gallery Thomassen ; group exhibitions at Gothenburg Art Museum, Liljevalchs konsthall, Örebro konsthall and Hasselblad Center, etc.)
