MESSAGE

My work is an expression of a longing for strength and a desire for transformation—an illusion that emerges in the space between reality and aspiration.
The masks and armor I create serve as outer shells that embody this illusion. They represent both a protective covering and an imagined form gained through transformation and empowerment.
To bring this image to life, I strike metal—a strong material—thousands, even tens of thousands of times with a hammer—an equally powerful tool.
By borrowing the strength of these materials and their presence, I forge armor as if to convince myself that strength exists within me, too.
With each strike, I shape the wish to become stronger.
